When do we pay fees? |
|
You pay fees every 30 days unless you go over your set amount for the month. Currently the amount is $100 in fees. Once you reach that amount you will need to pay your invoice. |

How do I get my limit raised? |
|
Once you have established yourself as a seller in a positive manner your account will be raised to allow you to sell more and not have to worry about hitting the $100 mark so quickly. Your limit will be raised according to you normal selling habits. If you have questions you can always contact us about your account. |

When are fees adjusted? |
|
Fees are adjusted each 1st of the year or January 1st unless otherwise announced. We do not anticipate raising fees unless there is a dramatic increase in server space need or additional support is required. |

Do we get a credit when joining? |
|
Yes each new member will receive a credit when joining the site. This is your free site credit to test the site play with the features and try to make some sales. You will be given enough credits to get through 1-3 months of free selling on our site depending on your inventory load. Obviously someone listings only 5 coins a month will last longer on their credit than someone listing 500 coins a month. |

What are the rules about off-site links? |
|
No off site links are allowed. We do not want our members hurt because someone is sending the potential buyers to their website. Any links to off-site websites will be deleted. Abuse of this policy will result in suspension and possible termination. All we ask is to not put your website links on our site. When you send off a sale include your site. It's simple. |

What links can be placed on Challenge Coin Auctions? |

The only links that should be in your account are links to your store or other links that go to other areas of Challenge Coin Auctions. |

(A) To register click on the "register" link found on both the header and footer navigation sections |

(Q) I'm under 16 and can't signup? |

(A) In accordance with standard law under 16's cannot participate in auctions as they legal binding contracts |

Selling |

(Q) How can I list an item? |
|
(A) You must first be a registered member. Once you have registered simply login to your account and click on the "Sell" link. The first thing to do is select a general category for your item, note that you can choose a more specific category further into the listing process. You can then enter in your chosen settings and item description |

(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm selling? |
|
(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are selling by visiting your members area and selecting
the "selling" page. |

(Q) Can I use HTML when listing an item? |
|
(A) Yes you can, however we recomend you use basic tags as complex HTML descriptions may not display correctly. |

Why am I a trial seller? |
|
A seller must be verified in order to have full access to selling on our site. We are advocates of having each member being a verified seller. Most people that sell within this hobby are well known and should be easy to verify. |

(A) To place a bid on an item you must first login to your account. Once logged in a bidding box will be displayed at bottom of all auction pages. You can use this box to place you chosen bid |

(A) Our auction system will automatically notify you via email if you are outbid. |
