The US Border Patrol Honor Guard renders the final honors to deceased law enforcement personnel. The Honor Guard represents the US Border Patrol by exhibiting the most polished appearance and performing the finest discipline. It is a voluntary unit composed of 25 members. 8 officers are assigned to the 21 gun salute squad while six officers serve as flag folders.
